Easy-to-make 3-Color Lasagna! Let’s make it at home for your guests. They will be impressed!


INGREDIENTS

Lasagna150 g, Mozzarella cheese100 g, Garlic100 g, Heavy cream400 g, Tomato sauce50 g, Basil pesto50 g, Salt150 g, Pepper30 g

TIPIf you don’t have lasagna noodles, use dumpling wrappers. Put some water on them before piling up.

METHOD

  1. Cut the ingredients into pieces.
  2. Blanch garlic in boiling water 6-7 times; blend them in the heating mode. Sift the mixture with a sifter to make a soft texture; add salt and pepper.
  3. Bring tomato sauce and basil pesto.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles for 10 minutes.
  5. Pile up layers of lasagna noodles (2 noodles per layer) on an oven dish with your sauce inside; add cheese on the jelly as a topping.
  6. Bake the lasagna in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
