Lasagna150 g, Mozzarella cheese100 g, Garlic100 g, Heavy cream400 g, Tomato sauce50 g, Basil pesto50 g, Salt150 g, Pepper30 g
TIPIf you don’t have lasagna noodles, use dumpling wrappers. Put some water on them before piling up.
METHOD
- Cut the ingredients into pieces.
- Blanch garlic in boiling water 6-7 times; blend them in the heating mode. Sift the mixture with a sifter to make a soft texture; add salt and pepper.
- Bring tomato sauce and basil pesto.
- Cook lasagna noodles for 10 minutes.
- Pile up layers of lasagna noodles (2 noodles per layer) on an oven dish with your sauce inside; add cheese on the jelly as a topping.
- Bake the lasagna in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
