TIPUnlike smoothies, this Almond Lassi has a rich flavor based on Greek yogurt. Enjoy the traditional taste of Lassi.With Greek yogurt not available, use less milk, but stir the yogurt more or use condense-drink type fermented milk.

METHOD

  1. Soak the almonds in water.
  2. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
