INGREDIENTS

Apple250 g, Kale10 g, Banana100 g, Almond40 g, Water300 ml

TIPInstead of kale, use other leafy veggies like spinach, celery or park choi.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of apples. Cut the apples, bananas and kale.
  2. Soak almonds in water.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
