Enjoy pasta made with fresh flavored basil, olive oil and pine nuts, balanced with parmesan cheese.


INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti noodles100 g, Basil15 g, Parmesan cheese powder10 g, Pine nuts (roasted ones)10 g, Olive oil25 g, Salta little, Peppera little

TIPIf you don’t have basil, you can use spinach or perilla leaves to make pesto.

METHOD

  1. Roast pine nuts in a pan until they turn brown.
  2. Put all the prepared ingredients including the roasted pine nuts into the container and blend together. If you want a smooth texture, blend a bit longer.
  3. Cook pasta in a pot and put it in cold water.
  4. Move the pasta on a flat dish and pour the mixture on it.
