This beet and carrot juice helps improve blood flow.


INGREDIENTS

Beet root100 g, Apple300 g, Carrot50 g, Lemon juice30 ml, Kelp powder2 g, Coconut water230 ml

TIPCarrots with deep orange color and thin skin tend to have sweet and strong flavors. You can replace coconut water with coconut milk or soy milk.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  2. Peel and cut the beets and carrots.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
