Bell Pepper100 g, Strawberry250 g, Orange150 g
TIPIt is good to wash strawberries gently with running water; if you put them in water for more than 30 seconds, the vitamin C gets washed out.
METHOD
- 1. Remove the seeds and stem of the bell pepper and slice it properly.
- 2. Wash the strawberries clean.
- 3. Peel the orange.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
