Blueberry Vinegar that goes well with dairy products enhances the food taste with its distinctive, bold color.

  • Blueberry (800g), Wine Vinegar (800ml), Sugar (400g)

1 Wash the blueberries in running water.
(Frosted blueberries should be defrosted in advance.)
2 Melt sugar with wine vinegar in a bowl and add some blueberries.
3 Tighten the bowl cover and handle, and put it inside the body. Cover the body cover.
4 Select the ‘Vinegar’ function from the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker for extraction.
5 The vinegar is separated from the pulp, and the vinegar is kept in a disinfected glass bottle at cool temperature.
