Broccoli150 g, Onion100 g, Chicken Breast70 g, Milk200 g, Wheat Flour50 g, Butter10 g

METHOD

  1. 1. Blend the broccoli and onions and keep the extract and pulp.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add wheat flour to make roux.
