INGREDIENTS
Broccoli 150g, Onion 100g, Chicken Breast 70g, Milk 200g, Wheat Flour 50g, Butter 10g
TIP Vivid green broccoli is best.
METHOD
- Blend the broccoli and onions and keep the extract and pulp.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and add wheat flour to make roux.
- Add the milk and vegetable extract to the roux, stir, and bring to a boil.
- If your baby is older than 1 year, add vegetable pulp and boil.
