INGREDIENTS

Kale 50g, Pear 300g, Cacao powder 15g, Goji berry powder 5g, Lemon juice 30ml, Honey 3g, Water 310ml

TIP If you add too much cacao powder, the smoothie might taste bitter. So, if you don’t like the bitterness, add only a small portion of cacao powder.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the pears and cut.
  2. Wash and cut the kale.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
