TIPIf you add too much cacao powder, the smoothie might taste bitter. So, if you don’t like the bitterness, add only a small portion of cacao powder.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of the pears and cut.
- Wash and cut the kale.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
