INGREDIENTS
Chestnut400 g, Water500 ml, Brown sugar300 g
TIPYou can use soy milk or low fat milk instead of water.
METHOD
- Peel and cook chestnuts.
- Blend the cooked chestnuts and 300ml water together.
- Put in 200ml water and black sugar in a pot and stir them until the sugar is melted.
- Boil the sugary water at a low temperature until you get your preferred thickness.
- When it’s done, pour the thickened chestnut spread into a sterilized glass bottle.
