TIPAvocado makes milk softer and more delicious. Dark green, hard avocado is not ripe enough. So, cook them slightly before blending.

METHOD

  1. Cut the unpeeled avocados in half and remove the pits. Peel them.
  2. Peel and remove the stems and seeds of the pears and cut.
  3. Wash the wheat grass and cut.
  4. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
