Celery 50g, Parsley 30g, Tomato 500g, Avocado 100g, Lemon 20g, Salt a little, Pepper a little
TIP Celery and parsley have a strong smell. Depending on your taste, adjust their portion, or use stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Chop every ingredient into pieces.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and turn the dial button right to blend. Blend them altogether until there are no big chunks.
- Depending on your preferred texture, blend more or less. Blending at a high speed makes the soup texture smoother.
