Fig150 g, Napa cabbage100 g, Banana150 g, Water310 ml

TIPfig has many nutrients in its peels. Wash and blend unpeeled figs.

METHOD

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them with washed napa cabbage.
  2. Wash and cut the figs.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
