TIPCut the bitter melons into small pieces and keep them in salt water to remove the bitterness.
METHOD
- Clean the bitter melons and remove the seeds. Cut the bitter melons, kale and Ashitaba.
- Peel and cut the bananas.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
