- Green Plum (700g)
- Honey (700g)
1 Green plums are washed and drifted off. After the stemming, cut into a cross to remove seeds.
2 Put the green plums and honey alternately in a container and blend it well.
3 Select the ‘Vinegar’ function from the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker to start cooking.
4 After the cooking is over, use a cheese filter to separate the pulp from the syrup.
5 Cool the syrup at room temperature and put it in a disinfected glass bottle.
