With marinated short ribs, you can easily make LA Kalbi, in a large volume at once!
INGREDIENTS
LA ribs 2000g, Soy sauce 180g, Garlic 40g, Green plum syrup 60g, Corn syrup 75g, Sugar 30g, Ginger 2g, Pear 300g, Kiwi 300g, Onion 100g, Sesame oil 15g
TIP Cut tendons and fat out of the short ribs. For a quick meal, have the marinated kalbi divided into small portions and wrapped in vinyl bags separately.
METHOD
- Soak raw beef short ribs in water, replacing water 2-3 times for 2 hours to drain blood out of the short ribs.
- Peel off pears and kiwis. Remove the seeds of pears. Cut them all into pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into the container and blend. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.
- Pour the marinade over ribs one by one and pile them up; let them stand overnight.
NUTRITION
Green plum syrup is good for fighting fatigue. It can be used to make a plum tea or natural sweetener for many recipes.
