INGREDIENTS

Peach250 g, Kiwi200 g, Carrot30 g, Lemon20 g, Water200 ml

TIPUse full-ripe peaches. Use canned peaches in the off-season.

METHOD

  1. Pick fully ripe peaches and peel. Remove their seeds and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the kiwis, carrots and lemons and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

The kiwi is rich in vitamins and minerals. Particularly, the kiwi contains more vitamin C than oranges and lemons.
