Raspberries120 g, Pomegranate120 g, Gold Kiwi100 g, Apple100 g, Carrot50 g, Lemon20 g
TIPIf it is hard to get fresh raspberries, use frozen raspberries after thawing slightly.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds. Wash the raspberries clean.
- 2. Peel the gold kiwis, remove the stem and seeds of the apple, and slice them into proper sizes together with the carrots.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
