TIPIf you don’t like to eat uncooked cabbage, steam the cabbage in a microwave oven.

METHOD

  1. Remove the cores of red cabbage and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the stems and seeds of the pears, apples and lemons.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
