Obviously, it’s better to use more than one type of vegetable. This recipe is soft boiled rice with types of veggies inside – green zucchini and yellow Shiitake.


INGREDIENTS

Squash50 g, Shiitake mushrooms50 g, Spinach10 g, Rice25 g, Water250 ml

TIPIf it is to feed your baby, the spinach must be blanched to remove oxalic acid. If you’re concerned about the strong flavors of Shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water or blanch them to make their flavor milder.

METHOD

  1. Cut the zucchini. Rinse and remove the stems of the Shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Prepare the leaves of the spinach and blanch them in boiling water.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together.
  4. Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 15 min.
