This is a broccoli juice whose flavor becomes mild with strawberry and orange. This juice can supplement nutrients after exercise.
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry 200g, Orange 200g, Apricot 50g, Broccoli 50g, Water 200ml
TIP Add more orange for a citric flavor, more strawberry for a sweet flavor.
METHOD
- Remove the stems of the strawberries. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges and cut.
- Remove the pits of the apricots. Cut the stems and leaves of the broccoli.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
