INGREDIENTS

Apple 150g, Red cabbage 50g, Cucumber 70g, Strawberries 150g, Carrot 80g

TIP Put in carrots last to increase the blending rate.

METHOD

  1. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Slice the red cabbage, cucumber (stem removed), and carrot into proper sizes.
  2. Wash the strawberries clean and drain them.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

NUTRITION

The vitamin C in strawberries and apples strengthens the adrenal cortex, which regulates hormones to promote fatigue recovery and improve physical strength; it is good to have while exercising.
