Sweet potato100 g, Carrot100 g, Apple250 g, Ginger5 g, Water250 ml
TIPBaked sweet potatoes taste sweeter than the steamed ones. Add honey for more sweetness.
METHOD
- Cook or bake sweet potatoes and cut.
- Peel and remove the seeds of apples and carrots and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
The sweet potato is low in calories, but gives a full feeling. Potassium in the sweet potato is effective in lessening swelling and losing weight.
