This smoothie with healthy tofu and sweet banana can be a quick, but satisfying breakfast for you. It gives a lasting full feeling.


INGREDIENTS

Tofu 250g, Banana 200g, Coconut water 260ml

TIP If you replace coconut water with coconut milk, soy milk or regular milk, it will taste good.

METHOD

  1. Chop the tofu in small square pieces and pat them dry.
  2. Peel and cut the bananas into 4 pieces.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

Unsaturated fatty acid in tofu gives a full feeling. Leptin in banana provokes the release of the hormone suppressing appetite, which helps to lose weight.
