INGREDIENTS

Tomato 200g, Lychee 150g, Kale 30g, Carrot 50g, Beet root 30g, Water 250ml

TIP You can use tomato juice when tomato is not available.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of the tomatoes. Peel and remove the seeds of the lychees. Cut both of them.
  2. Peel the beets. Wash the carrots and kale and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
