TIPThe seeds of watermelon contain lots of nutrients, so it’s recommended to blend them altogether with flesh. You can use the frozen mangoes in the off season.
METHOD
- Peel and cut the watermelons into small pieces.
- Peel the mangoes and collect only the flesh. Cut them.
