If you have chia seeds, you can easily make this pudding.
INGREDIENTS
Plain yogurt200 g, Sweet pumpkin100 g, Chia Seed15 g, Milk300 ml
TIPYou can add sliced almonds or dried fruits to the top.
METHOD
- Mix chia seeds with yogurt; and let the mixture stay in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Peel off and remove seeds of sweet pumpkins; cut them into pieces.
- Blend cooked sweet pumpkins and milk together.
- Pour the yogurt with chia seeds into a cup and put the mix of pumpkins and milk on the top carefully so that they are not mixed.
NUTRITION
Sweet pumpkin has few calories but gives a full feeling. It is also rich in potassium for lessening swelling and helps weight loss.
