TIPYou can replace water with regular milk, coconut water, soy milk or regular milk.

METHOD

  1. Wash the asparagus and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the cantaloupe and oranges and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
