This Avocado Cream can be a good dipping sauce for nacho or a taco sauce.


INGREDIENTS

Avocado300 g, Plain yogurt150 g, Salt10 g, Lemon juice30 g

TIPIf you use sour yogurt or sour cream, instead of lemon extract, or add cream cheese, you can give a refreshing but heavy cheese taste. Or you can use thinly sliced red onions that are less sweet.

METHOD

  1. Cut full-ripe avocados in half and peel them off; cut them into pieces.
  2. Put them into the container with water and blend. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.
