Enjoy a colorful avocado parfait. You can taste an avocado recipe that hasn’t been experienced before.
INGREDIENTS
Avocado200 g, Plain yogurt200 g, Syrup20 g, Lemon juice20 g, Serial50 g, Blueberries50 g, Sliced almond10 g
TIPInstead of cereal, you can use oatmeal or granola. You can also use different fruits instead of blueberry. Depending on the mixing ratio of avocado and yogurt, this parfait can be used as a dip, dressing sauce or smoothie.
METHOD
- Cut full-ripe avocados in half and peel them off; cut them into pieces.
- Blend cut avocado, yogurt, lemon extract and syrup together. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.
- Bring a parfait glass and put cereal, blended avocado yogurt cream and blueberry in the glass in order; and finally add a few blueberries and sliced almonds on the top.
