INGREDIENTS
Frozen Avocado100 g, Frozen Pineapple180 g, Frozen bananas100 g, Spinach30 g, Milk100 g
TIPAvocado makes milk soft and tasty. Green hard avocado is underripe; use after it ripens properly.
METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced properly).
- 2. Thaw the frozen pineapple (peeled, core removed, and sliced properly).
- 3. Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced).
- 4. Wash the spinach clean and slice into proper sizes.
- 5. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 6. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
