Banana 230g, Almond 20g, Hemp seed 2g, Coconut water 250ml

TIP It’s convenient to store peeled bananas in the freezer for later use. You can replace coconut water with regular milk, soy milk or coconut milk.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the bananas.
  2. Use almonds and hemp seeds in the amount recommended in the recipe.
