INGREDIENTS

Orange 300g, Carrot 200g

TIP Carrots with a dark and vivid orange color and thinner skin are tastier.

METHOD

  1. Peel the orange.
  2. Wash the carrots clean and slice them properly.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

NUTRITION

The vitamin A and carotene in carrots improve eyesight. They are also helpful in preventing cataract and night blindness.
