INGREDIENTS

Beet 100g, Carrot 200g, Apple 200g

TIP Beets are good either raw or cooked.

METHOD

  1. Peel and wash the beets and carrots clean and slice into proper sizes.
  2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
