INGREDIENTS
Frozen Mango150 g, Frozen Pineapple150 g, Bell Pepper 30 g, Cashew Nuts30 g, Milk100 g
TIPPrepare and slice the ingredients before freezing them for easy blending.
METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen mangoes (peeled, pitted, and sliced properly).
- 2. Wash the bell pepper clean, remove the stem, and slice properly.
- 3. Thaw the frozen pineapple (peeled, core, removed and sliced properly).
- 4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
