INGREDIENTS
Bellflower root 150g, Pear 250g, Milk 300ml, Mulberry leaf powder 1g
TIP Tear the bellflower roots into thin strips. Rub them with a little salt to remove the bitterness.
METHOD
- Cut off the roots of bellflowers and peel and cut them into pieces.
- Peel and remove the seeds of the pears and cut.
