INGREDIENTS
Blueberry100 g, Mango120 g, Kale30 g, Water260 ml
TIPWash the blueberries in water once and soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes before rinsing 2-3 times. If raw mangoes are not available, use frozen ones.
METHOD
- Wash the blueberries.
- Peel the mangoes. Cut the kale.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
