INGREDIENTS
Blueberry 200g, Strawberry 200g, Plain yogurt 100g, Water 210ml
TIP Wash the blueberries in water once and soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes before rinsing 2-3 times. If you want cold juice, let raw blueberries stay for a while in the freezer before blending, or just blend frozen blueberries.
METHOD
- Wash the blueberries in water and drain.
- Remove the stems of the strawberries and wash them.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
