TIPThe upper part of the bunch of grapes is sweeter, and the bottom is sour; choose your grapes after eating the bottom part. Store grapes by wrapping with plastic bag or newspaper.
METHOD
- 1. Separate each grape from the bunch and wash clean together with the blueberries.
- 2. Wash the kale clean and slice it properly.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
