Make Almond Milk using almonds with more fiber and lower calories among nuts.

INGREDIENTS

Soaked Almond 250g, Water 250g

TIP Almonds contain prebiotics that stimulate the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria. It is also good to make the milk by mixing with water at a ratio of 1:1. If you are a 100% vegetarian, you can substitute almond milk for low-fat milk.

METHOD

  1. Soak the almonds in water for over 3 hours.
  2. Transfer the soaked almonds into a larger bowl and blend ladle by ladle.
  3. Strain the almond milk with a cotton cloth.
