Orange230 g, Broccoli100 g, Pear150 g, Lemon20 g, Ginger5 g

TIPIf you like it sour, add more oranges; add more pears for a sweeter taste.

METHOD

  1. 1. Peel the orange and lemon.
  2. 2. Wash the broccoli, pear, and ginger clean and slice properly.
  3. 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
