INGREDIENTS
Orange230 g, Broccoli100 g, Pear150 g, Lemon20 g, Ginger5 g
TIPIf you like it sour, add more oranges; add more pears for a sweeter taste.
METHOD
- 1. Peel the orange and lemon.
- 2. Wash the broccoli, pear, and ginger clean and slice properly.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
