INGREDIENTS

Carrot100 g, Orange300 g, Celery50 g, Ginger2 g, Water260 ml

TIPIf you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves. If you like the tangy flavor of ginger, add more ginger.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges. Peel and cut the carrots.
  2. Peel the ginger. Wash and cut the celery.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
