TIPYou can replace pak choi with other green leafy vegetables like spinach, celery or kale.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of the pears. Peel and cut the bananas.
- Clean and cut the pak chois.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
