INGREDIENTS

Cherry Tomato 220g, Apple 150g, Cucumber 100g, Lemon 20g

TIP Use cold ingredients to enjoy it cool.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of cherry tomatoes.
  2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
  3. Remove the stem and spines of the cucumber and slice it properly.
  4. Peel the lemon.
  5. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  6. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

Low in calories, cherry tomatoes are good for obese people. The lycopene in cherry tomatoes and vitamin C in apples are effective anti-oxidants.
