METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
- 2. Thaw the frozen avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced properly).
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Add cocoa powder to the smoothie and blend once more.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
