Yam200 g, Cucumber250 g, Apple100g, Water150 ml, Green tea powder0.5 g

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the yams and cucumbers.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
