INGREDIENTS
Mulberry 200g, Banana 200g, Milk 300ml, Roasted oat flour 2g
TIP It’s convenient to store peeled bananas in the freezer for later use.
METHOD
- Remove the stems of the mulberries and clean them.
- Peel and cut the bananas.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
Deoxynojirimycin in mulberry prevents the sudden rise in blood sugar. Potassium in banana also restricts the rise of blood sugar.
