Celery 50g, Spinach 50g, Apple 150g, Beet root 50g, Pear 150g, Lemon juice 30ml, Water 230ml
TIP Wash the spinach cleanly. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Cut the celery and spinach.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Cut them with beets.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
