Lentils (red)40 g, Apple100 g, Carrot50 g, Celery30 g, Yogurt100 g, Water280 ml
TIPYou don’t have to soak lentils in water. For a smoother flavor, add more plain yogurt.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Cut them with carrots and celery.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones in the soup mode.
- Add plain yogurt and blend altogether. It will make the juice smoother.
