INGREDIENTS

Carrot150 g, Pear100 g, Celery15 g, Lemon juice15 ml, Turmeric powder5 g, Coconut oil15 g, Coconut milk400 ml

TIPThe beta-carotene in carrots and curcumin in turmeric are oil soluble. So, add a spoon of oil to a juice to promote absorption.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of pears.
  2. Cut the carrots and celery.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
